100% Family Center Services
A Trusted, Trauma-Informed Family Support Hub
The 100% Family Center is a welcoming, trauma-informed space designed to support families through life’s challenges. Using a “no wrong door” approach, the Center meets families where they are and provides guidance, connection, and ongoing support in one trusted location.
Families are supported by trained staff who listen first, honor lived experiences, and help remove barriers to accessing services. For many parents, the Center is the first place they feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.
Family Navigation & Resource Support
The Center helps families navigate complex systems by providing personalized, one-on-one support, including assistance with:

Housing and housing stability

Health care access

Behavioral and mental health services
-
Early childhood services
-
Education and school-related support
-
Access to basic needs and community resources
Families are not simply referred elsewhere. Staff walk alongside families, helping them understand options, complete next steps, and access the services they need to stabilize and move forward.
Parent Enrichment & Education Programs
At the heart of the 100% Family Center is parent enrichment programming focused on building confidence, strengthening relationships, and supporting long-term family well-being.
Programs include evidence-based and culturally responsive curricula such as:
